Matt was super helpful, communicative and knowledgeable while helping us through replacement of our fence. He stuck with us through a challenging insurance process and always picked up the phone any time I called. His crew was also very pleasant and polite during construction, and Matt kept me updated on everything happening throughout the project. Highly recommend!

Matthew Gingrich was very easy to work with. We needed siding, a new roof and gutters with downspouts. I gave him my ideas of what I thought I wanted, and he helped me make it happen. He provided me several good options and helped guide me through my indecision. The outcome was all that I could hope for. His roofing, siding and gutter teams all did a phenomenal job. Matt and his teams were professional, courteous and timely. We couldn't be happier.

Matt knows this business like no one else. He knows how to talk to the language and game of insurance. He knows how to work with them, even when they play hardball and hard-to-get. Our homeowner's insurance group was by the far the worst Matt has ever worked with (he candidly told us himself), but that did not stop Matt and his team from working the long hours and the long months with us to get our home looking beautiful and in full repair. It was well over a year's-long effort (all thanks to our terrible insurance company), and Grateful Home Exteriors was professional, compassionate, exacting, and fantastic to work with all along the way.

We have new siding, a new roof, new garage doors, new skylights, and an entirely remodeled atrium because of the work of Grateful Home Exteriors. Our 180+ year-old home now looks like a modern farm house-and we couldn't be more ecstatic!

Matt was transparent. He was diligent. Phone tag is part of the game of life nowadays (my wife and I can be hard to reach sometimes do to our various work projects), but he was persistent and generous with his time with us. His teams were professional and left the place clean. He was fair in his pricing and his materials were of very high quality.

I will be hiring Matt again on my next exterior project. Though, because of his job well done, I don't know when that will be. ;)

Grateful Home Exteriors preformed a tremendous roof replacement job at our home. They also replaced our siding, which totally changed the look of the home, in the best way. The quality of the materials used is top notch. We would use their services again.

We used Grateful Home Exteriors to repair our siding. Matt was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and handled the repair very quickly and affordably. He fixed the siding and removed a bird's nest that had nestled in underneath the siding. Great company to deal with!

Used Grateful Home Exteriors to replace the roof on my home and install proper attic ventilation that was not present and lead to issues with previous roof. They were extremely prompt with communication from start to finish as well as getting materials and crew on site. They did an outstanding job on my roof and ventilation installation, extremely fast and beyond courteous and clean with project manager on site entire way through. As a former contractor and previous sales rep for a roofing company I am aware of industry prices and they are beyond competitive, can beat 9/10 contractors prices and charge less than they're worth IMO; after talking to the owner he said because it's a family owned and operated company they are able to keep overhead down therefore reducing costs and expenses needing passed onto their clients. As a real estate broker I now recommend Grateful Home Exteriors 5/5 times to any of my clients needing any roofing, siding or gutter needs! A1 service and quality of materials. 10/10 recommend!

Matt came to my house soon after I contacted him to diagnose the issue on my roof. He returned the following morning in order to make the necessary repair. Since the repair was simple in nature, he did not even charge me! It is a great feeling to know that there are people out there that are not always looking to take advantage of a situation. He and Jimmy worked diligently for over a year with our insurance to get the job done and paid for. All of the contractors used were kind and did a fantastic job on our home. When we've had small issues Matt has been responsive and quick to fix any problems. He is transparent and I always felt he was being honest with us. We didn't experience any normal issues you might have with contractors, being late, saying they'll do something and then not doing it. They were always professional and did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. I HIGHLY recommend Matt and his business.

Heavy winds came through and we found a couple of shingles from our Roof blown off into our yard. A neighbor of mine referred Grateful Home Exteriors so I called them. They were prompt and very informative about the entire Insurance situation ahead. I trusted in them and was not disappointed. They helped us through the entire Insurance Roof Replacement process from start to finish. The installation was a breeze and the Roofing materials they offered are absolutely stunning. No mess was left on my property and the only way you could tell they were here was from the beautiful new Roof they installed. If you have any Roof issues these are your guys.

We spent four months trying to arrange for a Trex privacy fence to be installed by the two local companies found on the Trex website. Both companies repeatedly canceled appointments, took
weeks to call us back with estimates and eventually ghosted us! When we contacted Grateful Home Exteriors we had a significantly better experience! They were professional, friendly, responsive, punctual and were able to quickly install the fence we wanted! And we knew it was well installed when the day after it was up we had a tornado watch with high winds and the fence came through with flying colors! I highly recommend Grateful Home Exteriors!
